Back to basics.

I finally, finally bottomed out on junk food.

When I went to the doc the other day the scale was really, really ugly - as in a number I had NEVER seen.

Went to Trader Joes and bought a bunch of healthy stuff.

As soon as my gym is unburied in the garage I'm hitting it.

I'm done feeling tired and worn out all the time.

And so it begins.


  1. I wish we lived closer to each other... I'd totally do some stuff with you. Like walking.

  2. I wish I'd bottom out already... LOL Ever since I decided to start this biz I've been craving fudge & pb. But, I *did* manage to put myself on a 120-day challenge (day 20 today lol) so if you have any interest in motivating each other, I'm game! :) I always remember this one blog you wrote about losing weight (back in the day...maybe 03-04 omg lol) and your skirt (a red one?) could spin around your waist. From that day on I've had this randomly appearing vision of you ala Joan Jett with a red skirt hula hooping around your waist. LOL
